CUSTOM WORK FOR LOCAL, MULTICULTURAL, AND SPECIALTY GROUPS AVAILABLE
We are happy to provide custom work on printed items. Total minimum dollar amounts must be reached. You can now offer products for the smaller groups on your campus that frequent your storefront. Minimums are for custom work are as follows: per line minimums of the following: 6 box minimum per custom group design (for note cards), 10 packs per custom group design (for notepads), 150 pen packs per custom group design.

Online wholesale ordering is not currently available. You can fax your order to 614-798-8997 or e-mail it to orders@trulysisters.com. You may also place your order by phone, by calling 614-792-0759. Mon. through Fri., 9A – 6P EST. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. If applicable, it will include the tracking number for your package.

Truly Sisters does not allow or accept buy backs of unsold merchandise.
PAYMENT TERMS
Credit Cards (Mastercard/Visa/Discover) are accepted forms of payment. Credit cards are processed when the order ships.
SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS & ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
Truly Sisters uses 100% recycled, acid free paper for all note cards and notepads. The paper is chlorine fee and Green Seal Certified. Envelopes are converted from 100% recycled paper. Our cards are printed in the U.S.A. at FSC certified (Forestry Stewardship Council) facilities. The FSC standards represent the world’s strongest system for guiding forest management towards sustainable resource management. We utilize eco-friendly digital print-on-demand product ordering; we make what we sell, nothing more.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, realtime rates applied (unless otherwise specified) within 2 - 4 weeks of receipt. Shipping charges will be paid by buyer and will be added to each invoice. Please contact us for rush shipping options.
PACKAGING
All cards are packaged as box sets of 8 in bio-degradable clear acrylic boxes. Notepads are package in bio-degradable clear bags.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 4 days of requested ship date or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted unless items are damaged. Damaged items may be replaced if reported damaged within 3 days of receipt and returned within 30 days. You will need to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code from us before returning any item.
CLAIMS
Notice of damaged, miss-shipped or missing product must be reported within 10 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to claims made after 10 days. Return freight must be paid by customer.
BRAND
Arts Imaging DBA Truly Sisters© retains all rights, including copyrights, for all images and designs. Under no circumstances may Buyer/Dealer copy or reproduce any of the products of Truly Sisters© (including all artwork and other original works of authorship contained therein) or any derivatives or images thereof. Subject to Truly Sisters© approval, approved Buyer/Dealer may request the Truly Sisters© logo for in-store display purposes or to be placed on their web site which can be linked to our online catalog. No other images of Truly Sisters© items or products are permitted in any Buyer/Dealer stores or web sites or otherwise unless a separate license agreement is executed. If you need a photo for second party use, please email us with your request.
